Design Thinking: A Dyslexic Advantage

Design Thinking is a methodology used to solve complex problems and find desirable solutions utilizing various techniques that many dyslexics have a natural talent for or have a natural tendency to use when problem solving.
The method revolves around a deep interest in developing an understanding of people, a common curiosity embraced by many dyslexics, in addition to brainstorming, another enjoyment for many dyslexics.  Unlike many other types of thinking, Design Thinking provides an opportunity for hands on creating and follows with a trial and error process, bringing all your senses into play.
For employers, this ability is a valuable added benefit to the company and for those who learn to master the steps, an ability worth highlighting when seeking employment.
